    You can apply online or visit any branch with a valid government ID, proof of address, and an initial deposit. Applications submitted online are typically approved within 1–2 business days, after which your account number and debit card details are issued.

  • 02How can I check my account balance?

    Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App and go to Accounts to see real‑time balances. You can also check via ATMs or by calling customer support for a quick summary.

  • 03Is online banking secure?

    Yes. We use TLS encryption, device security checks, and optional two‑factor authentication. Protect your account with a strong, unique password and never share OTPs or PINs.

  • 04What is the daily ATM withdrawal limit?

    Your limit depends on your card type. You can view or request a change under Card Controls in Online Banking or the Mobile App. Temporary limit increases may be available on request.

  • 05How do I apply for a credit card?

    Go to Apply Now and choose Credit Card. Complete the online form with your personal and income details. We will review and notify you of the decision, and ship your card upon approval.

  • 06How do I enable two‑factor authentication (2FA)?

    Sign in to Online Banking, go to Profile → Security, and enable 2FA. You can choose SMS OTP or authenticator app codes. We recommend enabling login alerts as an extra safeguard.

  • 07How do I change my card PIN?

    Use any Prime Trust Finance Group ATM or the Mobile App (Card Controls) to set a new PIN. For security, we’ll confirm your identity using OTP or biometric verification.

  • 08How do I apply for a debit card?

    During account opening you can request a debit card. If you’re an existing customer, go to Cards → Request Debit Card in Online Banking or visit any branch. Your card is delivered after verification.
